We provide non-medical home care services tailored to the needs of each client. Trained and compassionate professionals deliver services in accordance with client care plans.

Appointments are coordinated with clients or their authorized representatives. Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or schedule changes.

By engaging with our services, you consent to communication via phone, email, and SMS for service-related notifications. You can manage your preferences or opt out of SMS by replying STOP to any message.

All SMS communications comply with The Campaign Registry (TCR) regulations. You understand that:

  • You will receive messages related to your care and service
  • You can opt out by replying STOP
  • Message/data rates may apply

We take privacy seriously. All personal and health-related information is kept confidential and used solely to provide and improve our services. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
